Interdisciplinary Teaching and Learning, Problem Based Learning and Sharing Best practice

The ENHANCE project will be hosting three virtual workshops during the month of June, aimed at discussing and developing teaching practice within Higher Education Engineering Programs. These will be of interest to anyone in a teaching position in a higher education setting, particularly within engineering, and are free to attend. There will be talks on the theory behind teaching methods along with interactive discussion-based activities which will help you to envisage how they could be implemented within your own practice. ENabling Humanitarian Attributes for Nurturing Community-based Engineering (ENHANCE), is a 3-year collaborative project supported through the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices: Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education. The project investigates complex humanitarian issues from a wide range of disciplinary perspectives to develop balanced, intelligent, and synergistic solutions.
The project is delivered by nine partner Higher Education Institutions from UK, Greece, Indonesia (ITB, UGM, UB), Bangladesh and Vietnam. They all bring a shared commitment to excellence in the provision of education and training in engineering for tackling global humanitarian challenges.
